Once the original dining room of the castle, this exquisite space now hosts our signature fine dining experience. Within its historic walls, our Executive Head Chef presents a creative, modern menu using the finest seasonal ingredients, perfectly paired with an extensive wine list. Open Thursday to Saturday evenings and for Sunday Lunch, the Barton Rooms offers a sophisticated dining setting like no other.
